Born in Terni on October 15, 1959.
He entered the world of sports in 1964, embracing various disciplines, including Football (he played in the youth team of Cagliari) and Tennis, which he pursued both as a player and as a coach until 1988. That year, he left teaching to fully dedicate himself to Golf.
1989: Attended the National Golf School in Sutri and became a Golf Professional.
1990 – 1992: Golf Professional at the Federal Technical Center “LE QUERCE.”
1992 – 1993: Consultant to Scottish architect John Souter in designing the “ARCO DI COSTANTINO Golf Club” in Rome, where he also served for several years as Head Pro.
1994 – 1997: Golf Professional at the “PEVERO Golf Club” in Costa Smeralda.
1998: Head Pro and Technical Director at “COUNTRY CLUB CASTELGANDOLFO.”
In 1998, he created and launched facilities known as “Golf Court,” for which he holds the copyright. The project involves transforming a small space (e.g., a tennis court) into a full Driving Range, complete with putting green, practice area, bunker, canopies, and technical equipment for swing analysis. The first facility was installed at Forte Village Resort in Sardinia.
2000 – 2004: Head Pro at “PUNTALDIA GOLF CLUB” in Sardinia.
In 2004, he organized the first “Coast to Coast” event, a project aimed at making Golf accessible to everyone, setting up a complete practice area next to the Vatican, in Piazza Risorgimento in Rome.
2004 – 2006: Technical-Sports Director, Head Pro, and Event Planner at the “RIVIERA GOLF RESORT.”
2007: Obtained the “Master in Golf Management” organized by the FIG.
2007 – 2016: From one of his ideas, he developed Italy’s first 9-hole golf course in synthetic grass at the Vallugola Golf Club, where he also acted as Director and Head Pro.
Since 2017: Head Pro at “Puntaldia Golf Resort.”
From 2025: Head Pro at Capo d’Orso for Delphina – Winners of Italy’s Leading Hotel Group and many other awards – https://www.delphina.it
He is the creator, organizer, and Technical/Sports Director of numerous events, golf clinics, and golf competitions for major international brands such as:
Les Copains, Ford Italia, Yamaha Super Bike, Pershing Yachts, Mister Nut, SNO Yachts.
He is also the Creator, organizer, and Technical Director of the “GOLF LINKS INVITATIONAL©️” (the very first edition took place in Emilia Romagna in 2005 under the patronage of the Municipality of Gabicce, PU, originally named “GABICCE LINKS” and held in a PRO AM format), which, since 2022, has been held along the “La Cinta” beach in San Teodoro, Sardinia, with the patronage of the Municipality of San Teodoro, and—starting from the 2023 edition—also with the support of the Department of Tourism and the Region of Sardinia. Creator of “KOMBÒO GOLF” and “TOY GOLF”.
